We are all in various stages of our battle with our familiar friend cancer,
some of our friends need any extra good thoughts we can spare.
Friends, you are in our thoughts while you overcome your pressing challenges
and we look forward to having you back at meetings as soon as you win this struggle!

Today our thoughts are with

Kristie - Just when we thought we had her back to ourselves, Board member Kristie has just been diagnosed with a recurence. Just 5 months out of her last treatment, we had hoped that it was gone for good. This will be Kristie's 4th fight with Cancer and we know that as always, she will whoops it's but! We are with you Kristie, Chin up and stay strong.

Cassandra - As Cassandra works through her very grueling weekly Chemotherapy, we keep our thoughts with her and hope that she will continue to have few side effects and that her smile and strength will stay as strong as ever.

Conway - As an honourary member, we keep our thoughts with Conway who gave his talent so freely to us in his own time of need. We will continue to think of him and hope that he will make it through his Chemo with as few side effects as possible and that he will remain ten feet tall and bullet proof!

In Memory to those we have lost...

We are all so strong and positive, and we have all faced our cancers with a braveness and unshakable will, sometimes, the fight becomes too much for even the brightest spirit. For those spirits, you carry on in our hearts and our minds. You live forever in what you have given us and taught us, and we let you pass, knowing that you have given us everything you needed to in order to brighten our lives with your presence. Time wasn’t your friend and you were taken far too early, but you have someplace else to be now, so we will let you go in body, to keep you here would be selfish, but know that you will always be with us.
